Pixhibit 08 - How to contribute your work
In short, Pixhibit 08 = this year's 3rd year exhibition
We need your work so that we can incorporate it both in the exhibition/website (gallery) and promoting purposes.
At the moment, gallery submissions are yet to be defined - this is not a call for your final images, so rest assured. However for promoting purposes, the PR Design team would like (if possible) submissions of original files of work, so that they may incorporate it into their posters, website etc. (they don't necessarily want every piece of your work that you will be submitting for the gallery, they just need enough to entice people and possible future employers to come)
Don't fret, the design team WILL NOT at any time alter, change or destroy these copies of originals. The reason for wanting "original" copies is so that they can resize/crop images professionally according to their needs.
Now, What to do:
1. Choose no more than 3 of your finished artwork (No personal work, only work that you have done for RMIT)
2. Go to the games server and copy your files into the temporary folder called "_Pixhibit08"
This folder is currently just a temporary, once we have set up a secured folder in the server we shall be moving everything there and keep you updated. We are doing this to protect your original works.
That's it for now. We'll keep you posted.

If you really want to, you can even give us screen shots of your game projects and flash projects. We'd also love concept art for character designs.
If your art work does not make it into the promoting products, don't kidnap me and roast me alive (although I'd probably be very tasty with all the blubber in me), it just means there are lots of other people's work to choose from as well.
And then again, if you notice that there is multiple works of the same person's work, well it's not because I'm biased but because not enough people contributed. So if you don't want to see lots of bunnies on these posters, don't be shy, be confident and send me your work!
